Program Supervisor

PLASP Program Supervisors ensure the safety and well-being of the participating children, staff, and resources, implementing educational and recreational programs, and fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
Under the direction of the Program Director and Assistant Director, they collaborate with school administration, parents, and teachers to develop and enforce program policies, maintain effective communication, and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
The Supervisor also plays a crucial role in assessing program effectiveness and making necessary improvements to enhance the overall experience for the children and their families.
