Fees

As a charitable organization operating on a not-for-profit basis, PLASP takes pride in providing high quality early learning and child care services to the community with affordable, competitive fees. PLASP accepts subsidies from the Region of Peel and the City of Toronto. Learn more about subsidies.

Families who register for PLASP programs are required to pay a one-time, non-refundable administrative fee of $54.10. For families who are eligible for CWELCC, the administrative fee is reduced to $22.00 (as of Jan 1, 2025).

All Canada-Wide Early Learning and Child Care (CWELCC) system-eligible fees listed on the PLASP website are base fees (including everything a Licensee is required to provide under CWELCC) and are a mandatory charge to a parent for providing child care.
