Families who register for PLASP programs are required to pay a one-time, non-refundable administrative fee of $54.10. For families who are eligible for CWELCC, the administrative fee is reduced to $25.56. If a family cancels from the program and re-registers, they will be charged the administrative fee again.
All Canada-Wide Early Learning and Child Care (CWELCC) system-eligible fees listed on the PLASP website are base fees (including everything a Licensee is required to provide under CWELCC) and are a mandatory charge to a parent for providing child care.
