A charitable organization operating on a not-for-profit basis, PLASP offers affordable, licensed full day care for children six weeks to five years of age at 31 Early Learning and Child Care Centres in Peel and Toronto, before and after school programs at more than 230 locations in Brampton, Mississauga, Caledon, and Toronto, and free, high-quality programs for caregivers and children up to six years of age at 6 EarlyON Child and Family Centres in Peel.
