PLASP Child Care Services is committed to being a diverse, equitable and inclusive place to work and to providing programs that inspire and support children to learn about and be accepting of others, every day. This is evident in living our core values. Likewise, we at PLASP remain guided by our strategy to L.E.A.D. (Learn, Educate, Act and Demonstrate) and we have strengthened our commitment to developing and implementing a DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) strategy for meaningful and sustained change.

We have made significant strides in our DEI endeavors, thanks to the unwavering cooperation and support of our dedicated staff. As part of these efforts, together we developed our DEI Vision, a guiding light that embodies our collective commitment to inclusion and diversity. Furthermore, we've identified 5 Key Strategic Goals to help us realize our Vision. The goals below, encapsulate our dedication to fostering a harmonious and inclusive PLASP community:
