How to Make Changes

If your child will be returning to PLASP in September and you would like to make changes to your current program(s), log in to your parent profile to submit your request. The deadline for doing so will be communicated to you via email in advance, so please keep your email address on file with PLASP up to date. Program changes may include:

  •     Adding new programs
  •     Adding siblings
  •     Cancelling existing programs
  •     Transferring school locations

This does not apply to children that are transferring from a PLASP kindergarten program to a PLASP school age program in the same school location. We will submit a request on your behalf to transfer your child to the next age-appropiate program.

Changes and new additions will be processed in priority sequence. You may log in to your family profile at www.plasp.com at any time to check the status of your request.

You may watch our instructional video here or follow these instructions:

• Log in to your profile by clicking the blue Login button in the right hand corner.

• Select My Programs.

• Select Add/View Programs from the drop down menu.

 

 

• Click the Add Programs button.

 

 

• Select Location, Child and then Search.

 

 

• Select Programs and the first Tuesday of September as your Start Date. Select Next.

 

 

• Review and update Payer section and select Save.

 

 

• Your registration summary (status pending) will appear.
