A new Early Learning and Child Care Centre is now open at St. Albert of Jerusalem, and is offering programs for toddlers and preschool children.
About PLASP Early Learning and Child Care Centres
PLASP's Early Learning and Child Care centres provide safe, enriching care for children and peace of mind for parents.
Registered Early Childhood Educators and children engage in play-based curriculum (HighScope®) that supports learning and growth for children.
Centres operate from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., and provide a nutritious breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack daily. All food is prepared on site, based on weekly menus developed by a nutritionist, following Canada's food guide.
PLASP programs are licensed under the Ministry of Education and follow the document “How Does Learning Happen? Ontario’s Pedagogy for the Early Years”. The programs promote children's sense of belonging, well-being, engagement and expression.
