Please have your username and password available to you and check that your contact and payment information is current and up-to-date. Missing information may slow down the process.
We anticipate a higher than normal call volume during the confirmation period and may not be able to assist you immediately. Updating your account will help make the process go more smoothly.
To update your Contact Information, follow these instructions:
• Login to your profile by clicking the blue “Login” button in the right hand corner.
• Select My Profile.
• Select Parent Information.
• Select Edit.
• The Parent Information screen is below. The boxes for the required fields are in yellow.
• Select Save.
To update your payment Information, follow these instructions:
• Login to your profile by clicking the blue “Login” button in the right hand corner.
• Select My Profile.
• Select Payers.
• Select Edit.
• Check the "Change Payment Account Information" box to make changes.
• The Payer Information screen is below. The boxes for the required fields are in yellow. Registering Parents are responsible for all unpaid fees, regardless of who is listed as a payer on a family’s account.
• Select Authorize.
