An award-winning child care provider, PLASP provides licensed Before and After School Programs to Kindergarten and School Age children in the Agincourt, L'Amoureaux and Don Valley Village communities. With a 40-year history of providing quality child care, we're proud to bring our motto "3 Hugs a Day" to families in Scarborough and east Toronto. PLASP provides programs with trained staff and competitive fees on each day care is offered.

PLASP Offers Affordable Fees

As a charitable organization operating on a not-for-profit basis, we provide child care services to the community at affordable, competitive fees*. P.A. Day payments will be withdrawn on the Monday of the bi-weekly period the P.A. Day falls. New families are required to pay a one-time, non-refundable administrative fee of $54.10. PLASP accepts subsidies from the City of Toronto.

Subsidy: Families can apply for fee subsidy from the Regional Municipality of Peel or the City of Toronto. Learn more about available subsidies.
