Engaging with Your Child: 

Visit the Cosmic Kids Yoga page on YouTube and browse the catalogue of episodes. If this is your first time on the site, try finding a story that your child is familiar with or one that will be interesting to your child. Start by watching a bit of the episode then encourage your child to follow along by modeling the movements for your child, “Let’s follow Jamie and do as she does. I’m going to follow along too.” Participate alongside your child throughout the story and provide acknowledgment and encouragement, “I see you balancing on one foot. That is tricky!”  or “You are able to touch your toes and reach up to the sky. You are very flexible!”
