Ingredients - 15 ounce can of unseasoned black beans - 5 eggs - 1 Tablespoon pure vanilla extract - ½ teaspoon sea salt - 6 Tablespoons unsalted butter - 6 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder - ½ cup of honey - 1 teaspoon of baking powder - ½ teaspoon baking soda - 1 Tablespoon water Directions 1. Preheat oven 325 degrees 2. Grease a 9 x 9- inch pan or line with parchment paper. 3. Drain and rinse beans. 4. Place beans, 3 eggs, vanilla, salt, cocoa, in blender or food processor and blend until beans are liquid and smooth. 5. In a small bowl beat together honey, butter, baking powder, baking soda, and 2 eggs until light and fluffy. Pour honey mixture into bean mixture and blend. 6. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 45 minutes. 7. Let cool and decorate with cream or sugar free pudding.
