PLASP Child Care Services is hosting a virtual event this year in place of our traditional Annual Parent & Community Meeting and tonight (Monday, October 26^th) is the night! Headlining tonight’s event is a live and interactive performance by Canadian, Juno-nominated musical duo, Splash'N Boots, who will be performing from 7-8PM.

Tonight’s event is by invite only for PLASP families and staff. All information on how to access the event will be emailed to those who have pre-registered, no later than this afternoon.

Tonight’s event is also interactive. Splash’N Boots will be asking a series of questions and children will have the opportunity to answer them via the online chat section for a chance to win prizes! Winners will be notified by email tomorrow (Tuesday, October 27^th).

In past years, PLASP’s Annual Parent and Community meetings have drawn crowds of close 1,000 participants. The focus has always been to provide an update on PLASP’s continued efforts to support families and the community by offering high-quality childcare, as well as incorporating an added element of entertainment and learning with our yearly keynote speakers. This year is a little different as we cannot be together in person, however, PLASP’s goal remains the same – to, update, engage and interact with PLASP families. Videos of annual messages from both PLASP CEO, Lynn Hiebert, as well as President of the Board of Directors, Nadya Tymochenko are currently available to be viewed online. Additionally, the 2020 Annual Report is also posted.
