Take a Look at What’s Happening at PLASP EarlyON in August and this Fall!
Whether you’re a frequent visitor to one (or more!) of our EarlyON locations, or thinking of visiting us for the first time, PLASP welcomes you to check out what’s happening in our EarlyON centres!
EarlyON centres provide inclusive, welcoming, age appropriate, play-based programs geared towards children birth to 6-years-old that are free of charge. Children must have a caregiver attend with them during their EarlyON visit. PLASP is proud to operate several EarlyON locations across the Peel Region. “PLASP EarlyON works with a number of community partners,” says Leyna Vo, PLASP EarlyON Outreach Coordinator. “Partnerships are essential to the success of the EarlyON program. By having strong partnerships within the community, we are able to deliver programs that are responsive to the diverse needs of children and families in our EarlyON centres. We encourage caregivers’ input so that their interests are reflected in the EarlyON programming.”

Play at the Park at Floradale Park
Where: 2424 Confederation Pkwy, Mississauga
What: This outdoor program brings learning to life and connects us to the elements of the natural world. Outdoor exploration can ignite all our senses and foster a lifelong passion and sense of curiosity about the outdoors.
When: Wednesdays, September 13th to November 29th, 2023, from 2:30 PM – 4:00 PM.

Post-Partum Mood Disorder Support at Munden Park EarlyON
Where: 515 Tedwyn Drive, Mississauga
What: Postpartum Mood Disorder (PMD) workshops that support understanding the signs and symptoms of PPMD, while learning methods to help support new moms, new dads, and partner relationships during the experience of PPMD.
When: Every-other-Thursday, September 14th, September 28th and October 12th, 2023, from 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM.
